ACCREDITATION

Wednesday 10^th November

From 10 AM to 00 AM,

In order to respect the italian covid-19 rules, it is compulsory to make the accreditation on Wednesday.

CHAMPIONSHIPS LEVEL (with more than 8 teams)

• football 11 (male)
• futsal 5 (male and female)
• basketball (male and female)
• volleyball (male and female)
• rugby 7’s (male)
• tennis (male and female)
• swimming (male and female)
• badminton (male and female)
• cheerleading dance contest

TOURNAMENT LEVEL (with less than 8 teams)

• handball (male and female)*
• rugby 7’s (female)*

*in case of at least 8 teams, they will pass to a Championships level.

WIUC 2021 will be organize in Roma city center, in the «EUR» and «Marconi/San Paolo» areas.

Championships Village “Fabulous”

60 euro per person that includes:

• 4 nights accommodation in bungalows (Corner with kitchen facilities,
  living area, bedrooms, toilet, terrace)
• First Linen, towels and hairdryer included

Not included:

• breakfast and dinner (available upon request)
• city tax (2 euro per person per night).

Hotel 4* “American Palace”

Adress: via Laurentina 554, Roma (close to metro B Line “Laurentina”)

140 euro per person that includes:

• 4 nights accommodation in double or triple room
• breakfast
• city tax

Not included:

• dinner (available upon request)

The application process requires the following steps:

• Download the registration form and complete it
• Send it back to our email address: info@wiusc.com
• You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your application and the pro-form receipt
• Pay the 50% of the Inscription Fee by 15^th October
• Pay the remaining 50% of the Inscription Fee before 30^th October

The payment has to be fulfilled before 1^st November.
ASD EUROSPORTEVENTS will not guarantee team registrations if they don’t complete the payment before the established date.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund: before October 1^st
• 50% refund: before October 15^th
• NO REFUND: after October 15^th.

99,00 euro per person, that includes:

• Championships registration fee (fields, referee, officials, balls provided)
• Grand Opening Ceremony (to be confirmed)
• Awarding Ceremony (trophies, cups and medals)
• Contribution: total amount 11.000 euro (for the WIUC 2021 Universities Champion, to be used as discount for the Inscription to the 7^th WIUC 2022)
• Official Bag and T-Shirt of 6^th WIUC
• Gadgets
• Lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Dinner on Thursday and Friday
• Drinks, snacks and fruits during the Championships at the sport center
• Ambulance/Doctor Service
• Shuttle transportation among Sport Centers

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
Transportation from the Airport to the Hotel and Championships Village (available upon request)

To the 6^th WIUC – Rome 2021 Winning Universities will be given a “Grant Registration to WIUC 2022”!

AWARDING

Championships Level (more that 8 teams)

• 1^st place:
  • TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CONTRIBUTION of 500 euro to be used for the registration to the 7^th World InterUniversities Championships (for all sports except tennis and badminton)
  • TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CONTRIBUTION of 300 euro to be used for the registration to the 7^th World InterUniversities Championships (for tennis, badminton)

Tournaments Level (less that 8 teams)

• 1^st place:
  • TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS

FOR CHAMPIONSHIPS AND TOURNAMENTS Level

• 2^nd – 3^rd place: CUP + MEDALS for all players
• 4^th place: CUP
• Best player (football, futsal, basketball, volleyball, handball, rugby 7’s): TROPHY
• Best Universities:
  4.000 euro for the Best Universities (to be used for the registration to the 7^th World InterUniversities Championships):
  • Best University in the Championships: 1.500 euro
  • 2^nd University: 1.000 euro
  • 3^rd University: 700 euro
  • 4^th University: 500 euro
  • 5^th University: 300 euro

Congratulation to Ing. Jiri Svoboda, Ph.D. from Tomas Bata University in Zlin that won the Rector Tennis Trophy during the WIUC 2018 in Barcelona, in a strong match against Danka Benesova of West Bohemia University!
